The video about mindfulness was really interesting to watch and it definitely gave me food for thought.Mr Andy describes how stressed we are in our every day life that we forget about living the moment.We sometimes make things more complicated than they are only because of being constantly anxious.He then describes how he became a monk after he started medication because a serious of things happened in his life at some point.The key point that he said for me was to step back from things and to see them from a different prespective in order to understand that things usually seem more stressful than they are.It only takes a few minutes when feeling unhappy or stressed to stop and just do NOTHING.
